Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) delivers television content using signals based on the logical Internet Protocol (IP), instead of being delivered through traditional terrestrial, satellite signal, or cable television formats.
Many countries offer legal IPTV services.

XMLTV is an XML based file format for describing TV listings. IPTV providers use XMLTV as the base reference template in their systems and extend it internally according to their business needs.
"Personal Video Recorder" is a different term for a DVR (Digital Video Recorder).
It's the file that your PVR client is using to get your IPTV streams, channel names and another bunch of data.
EPG is an electronic program guide, an on-screen guide of scheduled broadcast programming television programs.
EPG is a Program Guide displayed directly on your TV in a transparent layer on top of the TV picture.
We have EPG for around 7000 channels in more, than 80 countries.

First of all, there are no other services like this.
We were the first, who provided such a user friendly solution for receiving EPG, and a few websites try to copy us ever since, but they fail, because their lack of dedication and the willingness to invest into their infrastructure.
None the less, our service is the most sophisticated and most up-to-date EPG Service on the Internet. We also have EPG for the most channels all around the world (currently ~7000) and we also add new channels continuously. You can even ask for channels and we will add them as fast as we can.
There are addons, sure, but they are either simply bad, or they offer EPG just for a few countries and only for a few TV channels.
Beside that, you have to mess around with repositories and installations if you want to get EPG through an Add On and you will still have a complicated system without a satisfying result.
Some of them do, most of them don't.
Even if they do, they don't have EPG for all of their channels, but probably just for the most important countries/channels and that is also in one huge file, unsorted and surely not customized to your needs.

You can create your own EPG data on your computer with free to use software.
If you don't mind messing around with EPG software, XML and configuration files, and you'd like to schedule your time daily to remember updating the data manually, which can last for hours, go ahead!
Facebook Login is just a toy and doesn't do anything for security. Rather the opposite.

No! We do not have any interest in doing any of those things and we also couldn't, because we don't have access to your PayPal account without your password.

Switch on two way authentication in your PayPal account. You'll get a code to your mobile phone every time somebody tries to log in to your PayPal account and if the code is not entered into a specific field on PayPal, the person can't log in.

In the free trial you can add only 50 channels to your EPG.
We always list the nation wide version of a channel.
We always list the feed from the Capital City's time zone if there are different local versions of the same channel.

Yes, it will be automatically synchronized with your IPTV Provider once a day, if you uploaded an M3U file by adding a link to your IPTV Provider's M3U file. You will get a message on your account and an email when a change happens.
You can also sync your M3U files manually, by clicking the "sync" button next to the M3U file in your list in the editor.

You need to use a link for the download or import of your m3u file with the options "type=m3u_plus&output=ts" instead of "type=m3u&output=ts".
We don't have all the logos available yet, but we are adding channel logos (picons) to the channels continuously.
If you miss icons, please be patient.
We list TV channels in their origin country even if more countries speak the channel's language. For example Austrian channels are listed under Austria even if you can receive and understand them in Germany and Switzerland.
Channels which are available in multiple languages (like Discovery and History) will be listed in those particular countries separately.
If channels have different headquarters, like BBC UK and BBC America, we will list the particular channels in the country of the particular Headquarters.
If you are sure that the tvg-id="" of the channel in your m3u file matches exactly the tvg-id of the channel on our site (under the channel's name) and you still don't have EPG, then either there is no data provided by that channel or something went wrong. If it lasts for a few days, please contact us and we will try to fix it.
If you find a channel in your country list, which is not in the native language of your country or not a channel based in your country, please let us know.
We don't know all the channels in the world, so we made some mistake. Channels should be listed under the country, where they are located.
As mentioned in the previous answer, the channel is in its origin country.
For example all "Deusche Welle" channels are listed in Germany, even if it's in Arabic.
If you are missing a channel in a country and the channel is based in that country, please let us know. We will do everything we can to get the EPG data for that channel too.
We always tweak the system, so probably we changed the name or the tvg-id of the channel slightly. Check the Spelling on our site in the channel list and correct your .m3u file with the editor accordingly.
It's also possible that the channel or the EPG source was discontinued.
It's probably because of the Daylight Saving Time.
Go to your profile on the website and choose one of the available Timezone Settings.
We advice to choose the option setting everything to UTC (Universal Time Coordinated)
Your personalized EPG will always show the right program in your timetable if you have set your timezone on your device correctly.
If your Media Center still mixes things up, you can use the timezone options in your profile on our website.
If that still doesn't help, try the followings:
Upload your m3u file to our website (if you didn't do that yet) and use the Time Shift function for the particular channels in our online m3u editor.
Set the number of hours next to each channel by which you want the EPG data being shifted.
If you are in Germany for example (GMT+1) and you have channels from the United Kingdom (GMT), set the Timeshift value to 1 for the UK channels.
If you can't or don't want to use the editor, you have to add "tvg-shift=X" to the channel's info line in your M3U file, which you want to time shift. X is of course the + or - number of the hour by which you want the channel being shifted.
GSE Smart IPTV and IPTV Extreme (and probably a few other Android apps) can't handle timeshift in m3u files.
Contact the developer of your app and tell him to fix it.
You have to delete all the EPG from your box and you have to import it again. An incremental refresh won't change anything.
You forgot to click the SAVE button.
Click the SAVE button and your m3u file will be generated.
If the plugin "ServiceApp" is installed on Enigma2, it allows you to change your media player. The default player is DVB 1 but can be changed to IPTV 4097 or Gstreamer 5001 or Exteplayer3 5002.
At the start of the service reference number every channel begins with 1:#:#:#:#:# if using dvb1, but if you change your player to one of the others, it changes to 4097:#:#:# and so on.
The other media players have some advantages over the default player and allow some control of playback, like buffer size and duration just like on a Mag box.
Go to your account and click the SAVE button in the editor under your channel list to regenerate your XML file.
Please disable Local Caching and reload the data.
If you use KODI for example, you have to disable Local Caching in KODI General settings AND in Simple Client EPG settings.
Then you have to reload the data in KODI General settings and restart KODI.

No! That's a task for your m3u file and/or media center.
The XML file you get from us is a plane XML file generated by international XMLTV standards. There is no grouping in such an xml file.
Use our online m3u editor for creating groups.
Look for a setting like "Synchronize channel groups with backend" and set it to "ON".
Save all groups will save all groups. Nothing else.
It saves changed group names and group settings.
Group settings are inherited by channels within the group.
If you have "no epg" channels in a "get epg" group and you click the "save all groups", all channels will be set to "get epg".
Use the save button inside the group under the channel list if you want to save changes on your channels.

We don't limit the devices, but we limit IP addresses based on your subscription package.
Our system detected something strange. You received an email about it and a red banner at the top of your account will tell you the reason too. Please contact us!
You probably tried to call the link from more IP addresses than allowed by your subscription in a certain time period, and your actual IP isn't served anymore.
If you have a business account, you probably gave away your link to your users, which is the absolutely wrong way to dispense EPG to your users and your server's IP address isn't in the 3 allowed IP addresses. Please watch this video: How to add EPG to Xtream Codes Panel.
Yes, go to your profile and add the server's IP address to your whitelist under "IP Addresses".
If you did all the things mentioned above in the other QAs (most importantly watching the tutorial videos!) and you still have problems, please check the Channel List at the top of the page if your channels have data (number of shows next to the channel name).
Visit your account and see if everything is right with your M3U file. Try to download it and open it with a text editor to see if it's populated.
Check the TVG-IDs and just to be sure, click the SAVE button, so your XML is generated again.
If you don't use the editor, check if the checkbox is ticked next to the channel name.
Download your XML file in your Browser and open it with a text editor to check if it's populated.
Check if you didn't try to connect with too many IP addresses.
If nothing's wrong on your account and with your file, go to our Status Reports Forum and see if we have something to say about your problem.
Check if you have internet connection.
Check if everything is right with your media software/app. Contact their support!.
If none of the above helped, contact us by Email, explaining the problem in detail!
That means: naming your hardware, naming your software, listing countries and channel names, telling us what you did and what you expected to happen, what happened instead etc.
The number of IPs are the number, how many IPs can connect to the server simultaneously within a certain time period. IPs will be served on a "first come, first served" basis. Additional IPs will get a 404 error.
IP slots will be available again after a few hours.
