We offer personalized EPG content for you.

What is IPTV?
Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) delivers television content using signals based on the logical Internet Protocol (IP), instead of being delivered through traditional terrestrial, satellite signal, or cable television formats.

What is EPG?
EPG is an electronic program guide, an on-screen guide of scheduled broadcast programming television programs.

What is XMLTV?
XMLTV is an XML based file format for describing TV listings. IPTV providers use XMLTV as the base reference template in their systems and extend it internally according to their business needs.

What is PVR?
"Personal Video Recorder" is a different term for a DVR (Digital Video Recorder).

What is a .m3u file?
It's the file that your PVR client is using to get your IPTV streams, channel names and another bunch of data.

So, is this just another website where I can look up a TV Guide?
No!
EPG is a Program Guide displayed directly on your TV in a transparent layer on top of the TV picture.

Why should I use your service?
You get a reliable source of EPG data for a small price without any hassle.
Your Program Guide will never be empty. 

Why is your service better, than others?
First of all, there are no other services like this.
Believe us, we searched for them, but we didn't find any, so we decided to create one ourselves. 

But there are Addons for my Media Center, which do the same, no?
There are addons, sure, but they are either simply bad, or they offer EPG just for a few countries and only for a few TV channels.
Beside that, you have to mess around with repositories and installations if you want to get EPG through an Add On and you will still have a complicated system without a satisfying result.

But my IPTV provider gives me EPG already, no?
Some of them do, most of them don't.
Even if they do, they don't have EPG for all of their channels, but probably just for the most important countries/channels and that is also in one huge file, unsorted and surely not customized to your needs.

How do I use your content?
You get a link to a personalized XML file containing the Program Guide to your chosen TV channels which you can call with a Media Center and a PVR client, such as KODI and PVR Simple Client.

Can you provide the file with .gz extension?
Yes! Please go to your profile page and check the GZIP option. You will get a link with .gz extension instead of .xml.

With what devices / softwares can I use your service?
This list is by far not complete, so we are depending on your feedback too!

You can use our service with any device/media center where you can add XML as EPG source, like:

KODI (Win, Android, Linux, tvOS)
Perfect Player (Win, Android, Linux)
Emby (Win, Android, Mac, Linux)
DVBLink (Win, Linux, Mac)
ProgDVB / ProgTV (Windows)

You need to have access to your .m3u file as well!

With what devices / softwares am I NOT able to use your service?
This list is by far not complete, so we are depending on your feedback too!

Can I use your service on an Enigma 2 box?
You can use it. if you edit and export your .m3u file with https://xtream-editor.com and install their Enigma2 PlugIn.

Please keep in mind, that you have to use our link with .gz extension to be able to get the EPG data in Enigma2 boxes!
You can switch on the .gz extension for your link in your profile on our website.

Where is my profile?
You get there by clicking your name in the top right corner.

How many days of Program Guide can I see in my EPG?
We offer EPG for the next 7 days if we have enough data, otherwise it depends on the sources.

How often do you update your data?
We update the EPG data once a day.

Do you offer EPG for my country's TV channels?
Most probably yes. We add new countries and TV channels continuously as soon as they are available, and we update them frequently.

I have a channel list with 500+ channels from a dozen countries. Will I have EPG for all of them?
Yes, if you choose your subscription package accordingly.
In the free trial you can add only 50 channels to your EPG.

Business accounts for IPTV Providers and Hotels have no channel limitation!

Where can I get IPTV?
Many countries offer legal IPTV services.
And then there are the others.
Google is your friend.

What is PayPal Login?
It's like Facebook Login, which you know from other sites, but maintained by PayPal.

Why didn't you use Facebook Login?
Facebook Login is just a toy and doesn't do anything for security. Rather the opposite.
PayPal is a Bank and like all Banks, it's very concerned about security.

Will you steal/hack/sell my PayPal account?
No! We do not have any interest in doing any of those things and we also couldn't, because we don't have access to your PayPal account without your password.

We also don't know who would buy your email address from us, so...

I am still concerned about my PayPal account. What can I do?
Switch on two way authentication in your PayPal account. You'll get a code to your mobile phone every time somebody tries to log in to your PayPal account and if the code is not entered into a specific field on PayPal, the person can't log in.

For PayPal Business accounts you can do the following:

  1.     Log in to your PayPal account. 
  2.     Click Profile near the top of the page. 
  3.     Click Profile and Settings.
  4.     Click My settings on the left side. 
  5.     Click Get started in the Manage users section. 
  6.     Click Add User. 
  7.     Provide the user's information (email / password) and click Save.
  8.     Set this user's privileges to "read only".

Now you can link that account with our site.

But I have no PayPal account. What should I do?
Either register a PayPal account and get it verified by PayPal, or you have to look for another way to get EPG, because you wouldn't be able to subscribe to our service anyway.

Do I have to pay for your service?
You can test it for free. After a 5 days trial period you have to create a paid subscription to continue using the service. 

How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card through PayPal or with your PayPal balance.

Will you charge my credit card or PayPal account automatically after the free trial ends?
No! After the trial ends, your link will be unavailable and it will work again after you initiated a payment yourself.

I tried to pay by PayPal, but I can't. What should I do?
Contact us!

I don't want to pay. Can I create my own EPG data?
You can create your own EPG data on your computer with free to use software.
If you don't mind messing around with EPG software, XML, configuration and .ini files, and you like to schedule your time to remember updating the data manually, which can last for hours, go ahead!

How do I start my Free Trial Period?
Choose your countries and channels and click the "Save" button at the top of the page. You get an XML link on top of the page and you can start using EPG immediately.

Will my link change after the free trial, when I pay?
No! Your link is generated once and it will stay with you for ever.

Please remember: The tvg-id=""  tag of the channel in your .m3u file has to match exactly the channel's tvg-id on our website! 
You can find our tvg-id under every channel in the country list on our website.

I added the link to my Media Center, but I don't see the EPG. Why?
Edit the tvg-id=""  tag of the channel in your .m3u file to match the tvg-id of the channel displayed under the channel's name on our website.

Or if you don't want to download your .m3u file from your IPTV Provider, because you don't want to miss the updates, then use https://xtream-editor.com (video: How to use Xtream-Editor)

Why can't you just fix my .m3u file for me?
We are planning a feature where you can upload your .m3u file on our site and it will be synchronized with our files automatically. Until then you have to do it manually, unfortunately.

Can I store my .m3u file on your site as well?
It's not possible yet, but we are planning to add that feature.

Do you have Channel Icons too?
We will add channel icons after we finished the integration of countries into our site.

I can receive foreign channels, but I can't find them among the channels of my country. Why?
We list TV channels in their origin country even if more countries speak the channel's language. For example Austrian channels are listed under Austria even if you can receive and understand them in Germany and Switzerland.
Channels which are available in different languages (like Discovery and History) will be listed in those particular countries separately.

Channel X is in the list, but I can't see any EPG data for it, why?
If you are sure that the tvg-id="" of the channel in your m3u file matches exactly the tvg-id of the channel on our site (under the channel's name) and you still don't have EPG, then either there is no data provided by that channel or something went wrong. If it lasts for a few days, please contact us and we will try to fix it.

There is a foreign language channel in the list of country X, why?
If you find a channel in your country list, which is not in the native language of your country or not a channel based in your country, please let us know.
We don't know all the channels in the world, so we made some mistake. Channels should be listed under the country, where they are located.

Why don't you have Channel X in the list of Country Y?
If you are missing a channel in a country and the channel is based in that country, please let us know. We will do everything we can to get the EPG data for that channel too.

The EPG for Channel X disappeared, why?
We always tweak the system, so probably we changed the name or the tvg-id of the channel slightly. Check the Spelling on our site in the channel list and correct your .m3u file accordingly.
It's also possible that the channel or the EPG source was discontinued.

My EPG displays shows X hour(s) off, why?
It's probably because of the Daylight Saving Time.
Go to your profile on the website and choose one of the available Timezone Settings.

I have channels from different time zones, how do I synchronize the EPG data with my time zone?
Your personalized EPG will always show the right program in your timetable if you have set your timezone on your device correctly.
If your Media Center still mixes things up, you can use the other timezone options in your profile on our website.
If that still doesn't help, try the followings:

If you use Perfect Player, you can time-shift single channels in the options.

In any other cases add the tag tvg-shift="" to the channel's line in your .m3u file and set the number of hours by which you want the EPG data being shifted. So if you are in Germany for example (GMT+1) and you have channels from the United Kingdom (GMT), set the tag  tvg-shift="1"  for the UK channels.

If you use KODI, additionally you have to set the time shift to "0" (zero) and switch off the option "Apply Time Shift to all Channels",

I did all those things you mentioned above, my EPG is still not right. What should I do?
Go to your account and click the SAVE button to regenerate your XML file.
Refresh your EPG in your media center.

Enigma2 users have to delete the complete EPG and import it again.

How many channels can I choose?
In the free trial version you can choose 50 channels. After that it's based on the package you buy. See our Pricing page to see the actual packages.

Can I group the channels by categories like "sports, "entertainment" etc.?
No! That's a task for your m3u file and/or media center.
The XML file you get from us is a plane XML file generated by international XMLTV standards. There is no grouping in such an xml file.

I am an IPTV Provider / I have a Hotel. Can I subscribe?
Yes! Please choose the right account type when you register. If you have a Hotel, please contact us!

I am an IPTV Provider / I have a Hotel. Can I use my link on my server?
Yes, if you subscribed to one of our business packages!

Can I use your service through VPN/Proxy?
In general (based on our Terms of Use), no. Please contact us and let us know why you use a VPN/Proxy and we will find a solution!

Will I have the Channel Limit even if I have a Business account?
No. With those accounts you can choose all countries and all channels.
Please switch on the "gzip file instead of flat xml" option in your profile!

With how many devices can I use the service?
We don't limit the devices, but we limit IP addresses based on your subscription package.

My account was blocked. Why?
Our system detected something strange. You received an email about it and a red banner at the top of your account will tell you the reason too. Please contact us!

Why do I get an error, when I try to load my XML file?
You probably tried to call the link from more IP addresses, in a certain time period, than your subscription allows and your actual IP doesn't get served anymore.

My EPG doesn't work, what should I do?
If you did all the things mentioned above in the other QAs (most importantly watching the tutorial videos!) and you still have problems, please visit your account and see if everything is right with your channel list. Just to be sure, click the SAVE button, so your XML is generated again.
If nothing's wrong on your account, go to the Status Reports on our Forum and see if we have to say something about your problem.
